The route
Begin in Ljubljana only long enough to arrive well, then continue to the Soča Valley for three nights. Cross the wine hills of Goriška Brda slowly before one private transfer carries the journey into inland Istria.
The custom part
Walking is set by weather and ability each morning. Cellars are selected after we understand how much the group wants to learn, and meals are spaced so that the route never becomes a tasting marathon.
The exact border, rail and driver arrangement depends on flight times and the final inn selection.
