Operator and acceptance

These services are operated by Chongqing Buer Travel Consulting Co., Ltd. under the Special Travels brand. By using the services, you agree to these terms and our Privacy Policy.

Permitted use

You may use the services only for lawful purposes and only with accounts and content you own or are authorized to manage. You must keep your account secure, provide accurate information, and comply with the rules of each connected social platform.

You must not use the services to infringe intellectual property or privacy rights, distribute unlawful or deceptive material, interfere with security, access another person's account without permission, or abuse platform APIs.

Social media publishing

Publishing actions occur only after an authorized account grants the requested permissions. You remain responsible for reviewing content, audience, timing, music and media rights, disclosures, and compliance before publication. Connected platforms may review, reject, limit, remove, or change the visibility of content under their own policies. We do not control those platform decisions.

You may revoke platform authorization or disconnect an account at any time. Some queued or already submitted actions may not be reversible through our service.

Availability and changes

We may maintain, update, suspend, or discontinue features when reasonably necessary for security, compliance, or operation. Third-party platform changes may affect availability. We do not promise uninterrupted or error-free operation.

Intellectual property

You retain rights in content you provide. You grant us the limited permission needed to store, transform, schedule, and transmit that content solely to provide the services you request. The Special Travels name, marks, site design, and original materials remain the property of their respective owners.

Disclaimers and liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, the services are provided on an “as available” basis. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, loss caused by unauthorized use of your credentials, or actions and outages of third-party platforms. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.

Termination and contact

We may restrict access for material violations of these terms, security risks, or legal requirements. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will remain effective.
